1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1-2 pounds of cheese curds
peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, whole milk, and baking powder with a mixer until well blended. Add cheese curds and stir until coated completely with the batter. Deep fry at 375º until golden brown. Blot on paper towels.
