One large onion - sliced thin
1 pound zucchini - sliced into 1 inch slices
1 can - 14 ounce stewed tomatoes or from the garden
Grated white cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until yellow. Add zucchini and cook 5 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes. Stir until tender. Top individual bowl with grated white cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and browned.

Actually this can be a meal with some fabulous bread and a good Chianti.
