1/4 pound shrimp uncooked
4 eggs
2 -3 tablespoons finely chopped good olives (Greek)
1 tablespoon finely chopped Vidalia onion
2 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper
2 - tablesposon mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shrimp until pink. Chop into small pieces. Hardboiled eggs. Halve eggs, remove yolk, Mash yolk and add shrimp, olives, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, mayo, mix well. Mound mixture into halve of whites. Garnish with parsley. Refrigerate up to one day.
