3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 heaping T cocoa
2 heaping T cornstarch
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Mix egg yolks, sugar, cocoa & cornstarch. Add milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add butter & vanilla at the end. Pour in baked pie crust.

Beat egg whites adding 3 T sugar a little at a time until egg whites are dry and fluffy. Spread on top and Bake until light brown at 350º F.

Start with oven hot. Heat pie crust till brown. I've made homemade and store bought Pillsbury and nobody can ever tell the difference...wink wink.
