1 tsp. horseradish
2 T. lemon Juice
onion powder
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine ketchup and horseradish. Stir in lemon juice and a sprinkle each of onion powder and garlic powder.

Taste and adjust amounts of anything. If your sinuses immediately clear, then you have about the right amount of horseradish.

Chill and serve with hot or cold shrimp.
