1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground veal
1 1/2 cups of fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese (like parmesan, asiago, romano or a blend)
2 to 3 eggs
1 tbsp worchestshire
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients until thoroughly blended. Form into 1" balls. place on a sheet pan and bake in oven @ 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees. This will yield approx. 100 meatballs.

These freeze and reheat well, nice to have on hand on those busy weeknights, add sauce and enjoy.
