1 pkg. Stella Doro Angeli Cookies
3 oz. cream cheese softened
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple (strain but reserve liquid)
1 container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cookies in half, like a bun.
Mix other ingredients together, add reserved pineapple juice to desired consistency (you may need none) Should hold together tightly as it is a filling for cookies.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Fill cookies.
