My Mom's best friend, Margie Simmons, bakes these muffins every fall and brings some over to us, still warm! It always makes me fully appreciate the change of season - when paired with a steaming mug of Pumpkin Spice coffee, its the perfect fall breakfast on a Sunday morning!
