4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 cans Veg-all mixed vegetables drained
3 cans cream of celery soup
1 stick of butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 package Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º Cut up chicken into small pieces (1 inch) and brown in small amount of oil until done. Combine vegetables, soups, butter, salt and pepper in a large pan and heat until bubbly, add chicken and pour into a 9x13 pan. Top with pie crusts and poke a few holes with a fork to vent. Bake until crust browns (approx. 20 minutes)
