1/2 cup Liquid Crisco
1/4 Cup Red Wine vinegar
3 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
1 lb. sliced or cubed fresh mushrooms
1 /2 lb. Swiss cheese (Cut in small rectangular shapes)
2 small bunches of green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Crisco oil, wine vinegar and Greek seasoning thoroughly and set aside. (I put in a small plastic container with a lid and shake vigorously.)

Stir together the mushrooms, cubed cheese, and chopped green onions. Cover with the dressing and toss gently directly before serving.
