1 box of lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup key lime juice

Icing:
2 cups of confectioners sugar
1/2 key lime juice
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º grease and flour 9x13 pan. Mix all cake ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour in prepared pan and bake until toothpick comes out clean (approx. 25-30 min) Cool completely in pan before icing. Mix confectioners sugar and key lime juice for icing (will be runny but thick) Ice cake,refrigerate until cool. Best if served cold.
