Marty's Rigatoni Recipe

Ingredients:

1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
1 pound hamburger
1 tsp basil leaves dried or 1 tbsp fresh
1 tsp dried oregano
3 splashes Louisiana hot sauce
1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce. I used a portabello sauce)
1 can mushroom soup, don't dilute
green pepper and black olives optional
1 box rigatoni or your favorite pasta.

Put butter in large skillet and start sautéing onion. Add ground beef to skillet and brown. (I use the leanest possible) Add basil, oregano, hot sauce, spaghetti sauce and soup to skillet. Bring to simmer and turn off heat. Cook pasta al dente and drain. Add to skillet. Top with 4 cheese Italian. Mix and serve.
