Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime
1 tbsp balsalmic Vinegar
1 tbsp fresh basil or 1 tsp dried
Salt
Pepper
2 to 3 lbs uncooked, peeled, deveined shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in bowl and marinate shrimp for 4 to 5 hours in refrigerator. Often I will mix ingredients and put shrimp, mix and even the rinds or peels into a zip lock bag and marinate in refrigerator. Preheat grill and using a seafood type grill pan (One with all the little holes in it) put shrimp on grill and cook. Shrimp start curling up when getting done, and shrink in size so watch closely. They don't take very long to cook, probably under 5 minutes, maybe less depending on fire and shrimp size.

minimal if you don't count marinating time

Personal Notes:
This dish brings on so many compliments , it is definitly worth doing. You need to find uncooked shrimp though. Cooked shrimp don't absorb the marinade flavor like the uncooked shrimp.
