1 c. margarine, softened 1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs 3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. beat together margarine and sugars until creamy Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Stir in oats and raisins; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool one minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Make about 4 doz. BAR COOKIES: Bake 30-35 minutes in ungreased 9x13 metal baking pan.
