"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Maraschino Cherries & their juice.
Captain Morgans Parrot Bay Coconut Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Fill blender 2/3 full of ice, add rum to personal taste (at least 5 shots)...don't worry, no one can taste the alcohol, but be careful. Now add the Orange or Combination juice to fill approximately one half of the blender. Throw in 5-10 cherries, remove stem, a couple of small spoonfuls of cherry juice...Now blend it long enough to be a "smoothie"...If it's a little thick, add more juice carefully...if it's a little "thin" add a dab more ice..

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Note for the abstainers amongst us: You can skip the booze and add more juice.
For them what throws caution to the wind: On the second batch? You might reduce the booze if'n yer driving.... Careful, they are addictive and we hope you enjoy.
