1 Dozen Tamales (pork,beef or chicken)
1 Can of Enchilada sauce
2 Cans of Refried Beans
1 Can of Rotel tomatoes and chili's diced
Sharp Cheddar or Velveta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Using thawed, unsteamed tamales, remove the husks. Make one layer on the bottom of a large deep baking pan with the tamales. Cover them with the contents of the Enchilada Sauce. Then add the Refried Beans and gently spread them evenly across the drenched tamales. Next, add the Rotel diced tomatoes and chili's on top of the beans, spread it evenly. Place the uncovered dish in the oven at 350 degrees and bake for forty minutes. Remove from oven and completely cover the top of dish with your desired quantity of cheese...more is better :)
Return to oven for approximately 5 more minutes.
Remove from oven and serve...chopped onions are a plus on top...Tobassco too.
