3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
equal amounts of cream and water or 1/2 & 1/2 will work
Meat filling:
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 small onion finely chopped
salt & pepper to taste

mix flour and salt with enough water and cream to make a dough to roll; roll out in circles about the size of a pie plate
Filling: brown burger with onions in water with S&P; spread thin layer over 1/2 of dough; fold over and seal with finger tips and deep fry until golden brown
