2 cups Sun-Maid Seedless Raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter
Pastry for double 9" pie.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil raisins in 1 3/4 cups water 5 minutes. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt; moisten with remaining 1/4 cup cold water, and add to raisins, stirring until mixture boils. Remove from fire and add butter and vinegar. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan; cover top with pastry. Bake 25 minutes in a hot oven (375º degrees F.).
