2 packages uncooked jimmy dean breakfast sausage
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup biscuit mix like bisquick
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder

preheat oven to 375º
mix together ingredients and form into 1 inch balls, bake 15 minutes on ungreased baking sheet until golden brown.
