baby carrots
1 to 3 cups apricot preserves
pinch nutmeg
2 tsp lemon juice
3 Tbls butter or margarine
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
steam carrots until crisp tender approximately 8-10 minutes and set aside; melt butter in a skillet and add preserves and all other ingredients except the carrots and cook thoroughly, briefly toss in carrots and cook long enough to heat through
