1 lg. can of whole green chiles 27 oz.
brick of pepper jack cheese
1 1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
5 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the brick of pepper jack into 1/4" slices. Slice the side of a whole green chile. Lay slices of cheese inside the chile. Place stuffed chiles in an ungreased casserole dish. Whisk together the milk, flour, eggs,salt, pepper and pour egg mixture over the chiles. Cover with grated cheddar cheese
Bake at 350 for 45 min.
