2 tbsp. oil
6 pork chops
4 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can (4-oz) of mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 pkg. (1 3/8-oz) onion soup mix
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Heat oil in skillet. Brown chops on back sides. Arrange potato slices in bottom of greased 9x13x2" dish. Add mushrooms. Sprinkle with parsley. Top with chops. Combine soup mix, water, and mustard. Pour over chops. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350º.
