Ingredients:
Ingredients:
7-10 lb spiral cut ham
glaze:
3/4 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup orange marmalade
2 T butter
1T Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Soak ham in its plastic case in a sink of hot tap water 90 minutes, changing water after 45 minutes. This will help it come up to room temperature more quickly.
Bake in a turkey oven bag at 250º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Cook the glaze down to about 1 cup or so until it thickens.
Remove ham from oven as soon as the internal temp is just warm enough.
Glaze with 1/3 of the sauce. Put back in oven at 350º for 10 minutes.
Glaze again and tent with foil - about 10 minutes. Add remaining glaze which has been mixed with about 4 T of the ham juices.
Serve immediately.
