3 lb ground beef(90% lean)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 slices wheat bread,torn into small pieces
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 1/4 tsp salt
3/4, tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
16 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Set oven at 350. In large mixing bowl combine beef,onion,bread,parsley,eggs,milk,salt,oregano, and pepper.with clean hands work the mixture until combined. Shape and place on 9 x 13 baking sheet. Shape into oval loaf 12 inches long and 2 inches high.
Stir together tomato sauce,Worcestershire,hot sauce and mustard. Pour over the loaf and bake for1 hour or until the meat is fully cooked tomato sauce is bubbling at edges.
