4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
4 tsp baking
2 cups sliced almonds
3 tsp orange oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups flour
2 tbsp flour
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, vegetable oil, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly, add almonds and flour,one cup at a time. Divide into 4. On two greased and floured baking pans, pat out dough into 4 logs,approximately 3 inches wide and 12 inches long. Space logs 2 inches apart. Combine water and egg yolk and brush top of logs. Bake 30 minutes at 350 until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Place on cutting board and
slice diagonally with serrated knife 1/2 inch thick. Lay slices
on baking sheet and return to 200 degree oven for 15
minutes. Cool. Store covered.
