1 1/2 cup of oil
4 eggs
2 cups of flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 box of powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of grated carrots
2 tsp of baking soda
1 small can crushed pineapple drained
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1/2 stick of butter
1 tsp of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Beat together, 2 cups of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of oil

Add 4 eggs, 2 cups of flour, cinnamon, salt, grated carrots, baking soda, drained crushed pineapple.

Bake in a 16 x 11 greased and floured pan for 50 - 60 minutes.

ICING: Cream together cream cheese and 1/2 stick of butter.

Add 1 box of powdered sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla and 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.

Spread on cooled cake
