1/4 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped onion
2 Tbsp margarine
8 beaten eggs
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 3 1/2 oz pkg sliced pepperoni
chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
In 10-inch oven going skillet, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender. Combine eggs,, sour cream & cheese. Chop 1/2 pepperoni and add to egg mixture. Preheat broiler. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook over medium heat on range top, lifting edges occasionally to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. Cook 8-10 minutes or until almost set. Arrange remaining pepperoni around edge. Broil 5 inches from heat 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle with onion. Cut into wedges & serve.
