1 lb sausage
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 deep dish pie shell
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Fry sausage until done. Drain and crumble. Saute onion and pepper in 2 Tbsp. of sausage grease. Combine cheese & flour. Stir in sausage, pepper & onion. Spread in pie shell. Combine eggs, milk & remaining ingredients; pour over sausage. Bake on cookie sheet 30-40 minutes until brown and filling has set.
