2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
dash of salt & pepper
1 cup of milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat butter or margarine in a sauce pan.

2. Add 2 tbsp. flour, the salt and pepper and cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

3. Add milk and cheddar cheese.

4. Heat to boil and stir until all cheese is combined.

Serve over vegetables
