1/4 cup cream cheese softened;
1/4 cup butter softened;
1/2 tsp vanilla;
1-1/2 cups of icing sugar.
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the butter; add the vanilla.

2. Add the sugar in 2 steps and beat until smooth.

3. Makes 1-1/3 cups enough to ice 12 cupcakes
