2 cups peeled and diced potatoes
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped red inion
1-11 oz can creamed cord
1-15 oz can whole kernel corn
12 oz can evaporated milk
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl,over medium heat,place potatoes, celery and onion with enough water to cover. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.Drain.
Add reaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
