1 kilo de ravioles
8 jitomates grandes rojos y maduros
1 botella mediana de salsa catsup
400 grs. de queso parmesano
1 cucharadita de azścar
1 pizca de bicarbonato
sal o knorr suiza al gusto
un poco de albaca
una cebolla
1/4 de litro de aceite de oliva
3 dientes de ajo

Directions:
Se ponen a cocer los ravioles con un poco de aceite y sal
Se sacan, se escurren y se les pone agua frķa. (que no queden demasiados cocidos).

SALSA
Se pone el aceite de oliva a calentar. Se frķe la cebolla y el ajo picado. Cuando esten chinitos, se agrega el jitomate molido ya en la licuadora.
Se deja sazonar. Se le pone la cucharita de azścar y el bicarbonato para que no este agrio. Se le va poniendo poco a poco la catsup para que sepa bueno.
Se le agrega a que hierva un rato el queso parmesano
Se le pone sal y un poco de knorr suiza al gusto. Se agrega la albaca y al final se deja hervir un rato con los ravioles.
Se sirve adornandolo con mucho queso parmesano encima.
