2 jars marinated Artichoke hearts
1 small onion. chopped fine
1 clove pressed garlic
4 eggs beaten
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1/8 teaspoon Oregano1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain one jar of artichoke juice into a skillet saute onion and garlic until tender but not brown drain the other jar chop all the artichoke hearts very fine
In a bowl. beat eggs combine all ingredients pour into a baking pan and bake at 325- 350 for 30 minutes Cut into 1 inch squares.
