4 cups old fashion oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup unsalted cashews
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped dried cherries
1 cup craisins
1 cup dice dried apricots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oats, almonds and cashews. Whisk honey and vegetable oil together and toss with oat mixture. Spread on cookie sheet and bake 45 min.At 325 stirring twice till golden brown.
Toss in dried fruit and cool
You could add any dried fruit..
