Loaf of bread cubed
2 1/2 dozen eggs beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups of favorite cheese shredded
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a large casserole or lasagna pan. Layer cubes of bread and cheese in pan reserving 1/2 cup of cheese to finish top. Beat eggs and milk, pour over bread, cover in fridge and let sit over night. In the morning, pre-heat oven to 350º beat 1/2 dozen eggs finish off casserole with egg and reserved cheese. Garnish with paprika and parsley. Bake for 30-40 minutes until done.

Grilled seasonal vegetables
Crumbled sausage or bacon
Broccoli lightly steamed
Ham or chicken
Spinach and tomatoes
Jalapeños
Poached asparagus tips and proscuitto
