2 bags frozen baby white corn
2 cups of half and half
1 cup of butter
1 cup of flour
1 cup of parmesan cheese
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put corn in a large sauce pan, with half and half, sugar and salt. Almost bring it to a boil. Make roux with equal parts of butter and flour, add to corn. Heat until thickened. Put in casserole dish, dot with butter and lots of parmesan cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes
