First part mix together:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
4 eggs
1 cup oil
3 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Second part, now mix
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
4 large apples peeled and sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Slightly grease a tube pan. Pour 1/2 of 1st mixture in. Pour 1/2 apple cinnamon mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter and top with apple mixture and bake until golden brown. 1 1/2 hour @350º
