Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 or 2 lbs of your favorite sausage
couple tbsp flour
Milk, whole, 2% or skim, they all work
Refrigerator tube biscuits of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain slightly, leaving a little grease with meat. Sprinkle with flour and keep heat steady in skillet. Flour will brown and get sticky in pan. Start adding milk slowly while stirring building the gravy. Between the flour, heat and milk, this thickens to your liking. Bake the biscuits according to directions on tube. Split biscuits, and butter if you like and cover with sausage gravy.

Personal Notes:
The Pribyl family has a heritage of hunting. Hugh Pribyl loved to hunt ducks and geese, and according to Gordon Warner he was a "Good Shot". Duck hunting in stationary blinds on the Mississippi River is kind of a social event, so many times we took breakfast to eat in the blind. This can be made ahead and "packed" properly to be eaten in the blind. On a cold October or November day, this dish is memorable! I make it every once in a while, and it always beings back memories.
