4 c. fresh rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 egg, beaten
2 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Cut rhubarb in 1/2 inch pieces. Add to remaining ingredients. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375º for 20 to 25 minutes.
