2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 T- 1/4 cup oil
1 large golden delicious apple, grated

Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg, vanilla, buttermilk (start with 1 1/2 cup, then add the other 1/2 cup if needed), oil, and apple. May use bananas or peaches.
