6 Chicken Breasts
1 – 6 ounce package Pepperidge Farms Stuffing Mix
Flour
Oil
1 – 8 ounce Creamy Italian Dressing
2 – 10.5 ounce jars chicken gravy
1 – 10 ounce apricot preserves
1 Package Lipton Onion soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Make the stuffing as directed. I also added sautéed onions and celery and a little bit of poultry seasoning. Pound chicken breasts. Spoon stuffing mixture onto breast and roll, securing with a toothpick. Roll in flour and brown in oil.

Sauce – Mix the dressing, gravy and preserves. If you would like more of the sauce, you can double it.

Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 pan or any baking pan. Pour the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle it with the onion soup mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
