Slice:
10-12 cups of squash
Place in stainless steel or tupperware bowl.
Chop and sprinkle 1 lg onion, 4 lg bell peppers and 1 cup of hot peppers over squash.
Store in refrigerator over night.
Add:
I lg jar (7oz) of pimento's
5 cups of sugar
2 tsp tumeric
2 tsp celery seed
4 cups white sugar

Cook on med or high heat until it starts to boil. Reduce to bubbly for 10 min. Pack in jars and seal.
