1 C butter,
1 1/2 c brown sugar packed,
2 eggs,
2 tsp vanilla,
3 c flour,
1/2 tsp soda,
1 tsp salt,
2 c salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Oven at 375º Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla thoroughly. Blend together flour, soda, and salt; stir in. Mix in peanuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls of dough about 2" apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten with bottom of greased glass dipped in sugar. Bake 8-10 min or until golden brown.
