1-3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup oatmeal
2 eggs
1-3/4 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 package chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oatmeal & let stand 10 minutes. Add sugar & butter. Stir until butter is melted. Add eggs & mix well & then add flour, soda, & salt. Add half of the chocolate chips. Pour batter into a 9x13” greased pan. Sprinkle the rest of chips on top. Bake @ 350° for about 40 minutes or until a knife in center comes out clean.
