2 cup sugar
5-1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 cup milk
2 cup half-n-half
2 cup whipping cream
3 junket tablets

Directions:
Directions:
Soak 3 junket tablets in ¼ c. warm water. In a large pan heat all other ingredients till luke warm. Pour junket into mixture. Place mixture in ice cream container & wait until it clobbers & then place into the freezer to freeze. This makes 1 gallon.
