2 eggs, beaten
2 cup sugar
1-1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 cup flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cup finely chopped apples
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beaten eggs, sugar & vegetable oil. Beat well with mixer. Add dry ingredients. Mix by hand till moistened. Stir in apples & nuts. Bake @ 350° in a well greased 9x 13 pan for 1 hr. Frost with cream cheese icing, whipped cream, or serve with ice cream. I like to frost with whipped cream and keep in the fridge. Yum, Yum!!
