Crust:
1 stick butter or 1/2 c. melted
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. nutmeats

First Layer:1 (8 oz.) Pkg. philly cream cheese (softened)
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 carton 9 oz. cool whip

Second Layer:
2 boxes instant Pistachio Jello pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Put crust mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 to 18 minutes 350ºF oven. Let cool. First Layer: Mix sugar with cream cheese, then add cool whip. Put on top of first mixture when it cools. Second Layer: Mix 2 regular size boxes Jello instant pudding mix with 3 c. milk. Put on top of second mixture. Put the other 1/2 carton cool whip on top. Set in refrigerator overnight or can serve the same day if made early.
