1 qt. milk
1 large egg
1/2 stick butter
1/4 - 1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tblsp. cornstarch
1 c. rice
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil: 3 c. milk, 1/8 lb. butter, raisins. In separate pot boil: 2 c water and 1 tsp salt. Cook till rice absorbs water. Add rice to milk and raisins. Cook till rice "floats" (when rice begins to thicken milk). Stir constantly. Add 3/4 c. sugar. Mix: 1 c. milk, 1 large egg (2 small eggs), 1 tblsp. cornstarch (add before egg). When rice is done, add egg mixture. Cook only a few seconds. Remove from heat. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
