2 1/2 c. graham cracker crust
1/4 c. sugar
1/2c. soft butter

Filling:
5 pkgs. cream cheese
7 eggs
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 3/4 c. sugar
3tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon zest
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
For crust, mix together graham cracker crust, sugar, and butted until well combined. Press mixture on the bottom and sides of a 12 inch spring form pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.

For filling cream together cream cheese and sugar using an electric mixer until fluffy. Slowly mix in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, flour, and lemon zest. Then add heavy cream. Pour filling into crust.

Bake 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 500ºF. Then turn oven down to 250ºF and back for an additional hour.

Cool cheese cake. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
