1 cup water
1/2 package lasagna noodles uncooked
2 15oz jars spaghetti sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 10oz frozen spinach,drained
1 egg
1/2,cup shredded mozzarella cheese,divided
1 pound Ricotta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ricotta, half the Mozarella,egg,spinach,pepper and salt.
In greased 9x13 pan, layer half the sauce, a third of the noodles and half the cheese. Repeat.Top with remaining noodles, then with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Mozarella. Run water around the edges. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 350 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
